We're super humbled you are considering joining our team as our operations manager. The following is a short exercise to learn how you think and plan.

The goal is simple. You are now our operations manager. We've grown to 75 employees and are moving from a 400 SQM office in Rothschild, Tel Aviv, to a 1,000 SQM office in Sarona, Tel Aviv.

Your task is to create a plan for moving day! 🚚

You are in charge of the end-to-end operations of moving day, from the vendors to guiding the employees. Try to think of everything you can and consider as much as you can.

Important guidelines;

1. Do not spend more than 2 hours on this exercise.
2. Provide the deliverables in English (It is okay to mention names in Hebrew if needed).
3. You can decide on any format you'd like for submitting the plan.
4. Please refrain from using ChatGPT for this task 🙂 (We actually encourage using ChatGPT in your day-to-day, but for the sake of the exercise, we'll exclude it from the rules)
